This tee was designed by Mohawk artist Roger 'Sosakete' Perkins.

"I view my art as an all-encompassing journey of the integration of texture and color, humans and nature, spirit and the supernatural, earth and the cosmos.

As a Mohawk visual artist, I have produced a vast collection of paintings and digital images that illustrate my beliefs in the positive aspects of tradition and the natural world, and I paint images rooted in Native-inspired abstract design.

In addition to painting and pottery, I am introducing an art movement I call Powwow Pop Art. Using borrowed or reclaimed images from pop culture, I digitally remix the designs, and incorporate my own original aesthetic to create statements that are educational, provoking, and entertaining."
