Red Sea Monster Tunic Dress

This red Sea Monster tunic dress was designed by Tahltan artist Alano Edzerza. It features a sleek and bold all-over 'Sea Monster' design that has been silk-screened onto a stylish red tunic dress.

The fabric is 100% Fine Jersey cotton construction. The medium sized tunic is approximately 33" in total length. The tunic is loose-fitting on top, snug around bottom, and has raw edges.

A rising star in the fashion world, Edzerza also creates jewelry, sculpture, glass work, two-dimensional art, and large-scale installations. His designs are clean and striking, and he uses a Northern variation of Northwest Coast art, with a contemporary graphic art twist. His apparel hit the international scene two years ago when he designed the uniforms for the Netherlands team for the 2010 Winter Olympics held in BC. Edzerza is currently based out of Vancouver, where he operates his art gallery.
